If you only want to get rid of most, but not all, Option 8 goes to far, and in that case I'd again recommend trying Debloater, where apps that should not be removed are in a while list, and those you may want to keep can be marked so in a blacklist. In that case Option 8 comes to the rescue. This may be Ok if all you want rid of is Office, but if you want them all gone it's a pain. The Remove-AppxPackage command detailed there (applied to all users) will, I think only make the apps 'unavailable', and you may be at that stage (unless you have other accounts for which the apps have been activated), so you need to perform the 'remove-appxprovisionedpackage' command for each and every app individually.
As that list of options is rather daunting (not to mention the 49 pages of responses which follow), I'd say you need to concentrate on Option 6 (or 8), as you have already 'uninstalled' the apps as far as you can (which merely makes them unavailable, but does not clear the install files). I had forgotten that I had bookmarked that tutorial page (a monumental piece of work for which Shawn should be thanked and congratulated).
